Maida Vale Basement Extension
Transform an existing bedroom into a kitchen, dining room and living room through an extension
We extended a basement flat of a four story house requiring large structural work to keep the existing building up. With this we were able to change a single room into 3 rooms in an open plan. We also made a full refurbishment to the rest of the flat to modernise the look. Adding underfloor heating and new oak floor throughout and creating 2 new bathrooms.
